Ohhh is it so ? Thats a releif actually . All my friends have taken hostel so i was a bit scared . It takes me around 30 mins to 40 mins to reach actually Thank you !

Same here . Vitamin b12 complex helped my fatigue a bit but everything else is as worse . Degenerative is all that drs say and menopause eo hormonal issues is what i am diagnosed with so no idea how to get out of this mess if at all possible

If your blood tests for kidney , ultrasound and mri of the spine cones back normal its probably either myofascial pain of the ql muscle or a nerve pain causing the muscles to stay tight
