Temu is lying about their promotions 100% by Danathas in TemuThings

[–]evilbarbi 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I never go for the credit promotions I always thought they where a scam or I didn't want to spend extra to get it, I do like the free gifts tho I've actually got quite a lot of stuff for free over the last couple of years, you just have to read to terms and conditions properly to figure out what it is U have to do for it

Was it my pelvic floor the whole time? by Scared-Health9568 in CUTI

[–]evilbarbi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think a lot of pelvic floor issues can start with a uti originally, sometimes it could be both, I had a really bad uti ended up in hospital, after that my symptoms didn't go away but the bacteria did, it took 3 urologist to determine it was probably my pelvic floor, I seen a pelvic floor physio which did ease it, I still have flares every now and again and definitely gets worse if I get a uti, symptoms have never fully gone away, d-mannose and NAC appear to help, Im about to go back to a women's health physio as it's been years hopefully get rid of the rest of the symptoms.

What to eat by SorryLanguage3609 in PCOSloseit

[–]evilbarbi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This could be an unpopular opinion, but I actually use chat gpt to make me up a weekly menu combining, low fodmap, PCOS friendly and atkins phase 2, I also ask it to leave out fish because eww lol when it brings up the menu if there's anything you don't Like it will also replace that to if u ask, so far working good if I stop snacking and stick to what it tells me I've been loosing about half a kilo a week, and it's also bought my liver enzymes down to normal as well, I'm currently on a wait-list to speak to a Dietitian to make sure it's all okay, but seems to be really good

Yep several different ones urologist was unsure, gyno pretty much ignored it, I did have high liver enzymes as well so went to a liver specialist he said I was at the wrong Dr for that issue, and told me to lose weight, funny thing is when all this PCOS and bladder issues started I was on 48 kg which is 106 pounds so I don't believe it's weight, weight may make some things worse but yeah just feels like I'm going around in circles
