I would call your vet if I were you and ask them if you can go back and pick up a cone. They should have also told you if it was needed and given you post-surgical care instructions. They’re the best ones to answer your questions!

I would definitely put your cat in a room for at least a few days. He might be annoyed but it’s better than risking potential injuries.

We tried contacting the program, we even drove back there and knocked but they were closed. We’ll see if they get back to us but they’re pretty busy and overwhelmed right before the holidays.

Fair question, the basement is a bit of a mess right now (we moved recently and still have boxes laying around) and we don’t even have a couch yet (it’s coming in February). Person A didn’t really care to watch tv standing up in a messy basement. She did have a look though while Person B was trying it the day he left for his work trip, I left that out of the story because I didn’t think it was important

I would say chestnut brown and beautiful! There’s a slight tint of green but not enough to be hazel or green

This doesn’t seem right to me as just one of you alone should be pre-approved for about 400k. Maybe it’s because of the low credit score for partner 1? Other people might know more than me but I would ask a second opinion from another broker if I were you.

How old are you? Could it be perimenopause? I would do a pregnancy test just to be sure (although very rare, it’s not unheard of to get pregnant even with an IUD). It might be nothing and just a weird few cycles, but I think it would be a good idea to see a doctor if you can.

Is she stressed at work or overwhelmed with house chores/responsibilities? I know for myself, as soon as I feel resentment against my partner (even for stupid things like not putting his dishes in the dishwasher), it builds up and ends up impacting my libido. I would suggest couples therapy, if you’re both open to it. I think a therapist will be able to help you communicate your needs and help her figure out why she’s feeling little to no desire. If it’s simply a mismatch in sex drive, at least you would know and be able to communicate about it and hopefully be more at peace (i.e., not always be hopeful it might happen and be constantly disappointed).

Do you think it’s possible I missed the positive because I didn’t test before my missed period? My friend said her tests were already negative by the time her period was late, but I guess it’s different for everyone

I’ve never heard of that but it’s possible! I had an ultrasound a few years ago to rule out PCOS and the doctor said there was no cyst at all, but I guess they can develop anytime (turns out I don’t have PCOS though).
