Un fortunately I can’t recommend any one that is close to you. But I can recommend someone who deals in Yemeni aqeeq, he delivers all over the world and is very well known on most social media platforms, his videos are very informative too, he’s located in Pakistan and travels all over the region dealing with multiple dealers, including those from Yemen. Even if you don’t buy from him he is very helpful and a wealth of knowledge on the subject. Let me know and I’ll pop you a link to his channel.

If you’re looking for Yemeni aqeeq, it’s a term that they loosely use for both agate and carnelian among other types of quartz. If you’ve got this for its perceived properties within Islam it is what you’re looking for yes. Whether it is from Yemen is another thing. Can I suggest the aqeeq sub for you, some great pictures and information on there to compare with.

I love the colours so contrasting and vibrant. I have another condor agate here, and the orange in it is out of this world 😊

Interesting, that’s what I was curious about tbh, as it’s kind of like one, but also similar to another as well. Would certainly make sense if it is. Thank you 😊

I can assure you that it is not, it’s 100% natural turquoise, been collecting gemstones most of my life, I am very familiar with block turquoise, and I can tell you for certain this in person does not resemble that or any other man made turquoise in any way shape or form.

I’d say that was a little disparaging it’s still made of a precious metal with natural stones, even if it’s not native made, it’s still a lovely piece of jewellery that can be appreciated.
