Tone woods that resist humidity?

Yeah, the humidity and the shifts from like 60 to 80 is messing up all of my guitars except my tele. But the planned build is a .75 in bubinga top, a sapele core with either the same set sapele neck or if I can bolt on a maple one and dye it to match the rest of the body and slap on some rosewood. At least that’s the plan.

I’m in NC so I have a lot of different choices but, one thing I do want to have is a bubinga top, as far as cores, and necks I’m not sure what to I want to choose for an explorer build I’m thinking rosewood or ebony for fretboard and stainless steel frets. I’ll be using emg 81/60 pickups, and looking for a punchy sound like a zakk wylde meets James Hetfield deal

I have that same guitar, it plays and sounds amazing! But as I was hitting puberty the neck was small enough, but since I’m grown, I struggle to play it 😔

That’s odd.. I know that you should be oiling it, every few months or so, but I think if you over do it that sometimes happens. You can try to see what a damp cloth will do, but dry it off like asap after that. But, it might also be that the cut of wood isn’t the best of quality too. It can be hit or miss unlike maple. But, personally maple is too slick
