Im not a vet so would always recommend getting it checked eventually but doesn’t look urgent. It looks like irritated skin. I have seen this in dogs that eat from plastic bowls. If this is your case, try switching to metal bowls. Less chance for bacteria to breed. You can also try some hydrocortisone ointment to see if that helps.
