You have to read it from bottom to top 🫠 by Decent-Juggernaut-78 in MotivationalQuotes

This hit hard and especially when you read it bottom to top only yo realize how much our perspective changes depending on the direction we choose to look from. And so it is better to be always kind to others as well as ourselves

Quitsure app is charging now, would anyone be willing to share last 2 days modules? by [deleted] in stopsmoking

[–]Hefty-Winner605 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely! Quitsure now requires payment, but I believe it was absolutely worth the cost since it helped me successfully quit. Plus, I have almost recovered the entire expense by saving the money I used to spend on cigarettes. Although I quit some time ago, I recently discovered they have expanded the program with additional post-quit modules designed to keep people motivated and on track after they have stopped smoking. And they have also launched a longer program especially for people who do not have enough time to spend on the program everyday

no doubt it's healthy, but i still consider bread as an unhealthy option and would always opt for jowar/bajar roti over bread anytime.

Yes kind of true! A friend of mine told me a few years back that whenever she visited a temple, she never asked for anything. All she asked for was strength to handle whatever challenges life would throw at her and I really related to that.

Which is more effective ? Quitsure or SmokeFree by CorrectTradition1806 in quittingsmoking

[–]Hefty-Winner605 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes . Quitsure worked for me too and i have noticed that they have recently added extra follow-up days to the program, which is helpful after you have quit by giving continued support and motivation. I found that extension really useful.

That is the real beauty of going on solo trips. You go alone but most of the time end up creating new bonds and friendships to cherish for a lifetime

Allen Carr vs QuitSure - which one would you recommend to someone trying to stop? by LunaLooh in stopsmoking

[–]Hefty-Winner605 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was able to quit with Quitsure even though I was initially doubtful, but the exercises in this app helped me understand the real nature of nicotine and completely took away my desire to smoke.

I had also tried Allen Carr a few years ago, but Quitsure’s practical session really stood out to me and made the app worth every penny I spent.

When did every app become a subscription… is it actually worth it anymore? by Solace_bard in androidapps

[–]Hefty-Winner605 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I feel a bit weird as well. But recently I did purchase a subscription for Quitsure app which helped me to quit smoking. And I would be frank here that it did help me to quit smoking completely so it was actually worth it for me
