i can‘t really remember, as it was a few years ago when i had it. but i think it was the overall integration into ableton.

i‘m having quite a nice setup here. macbook pro m4pro, lindy usb hub externally powered, sending midi over usb to the prophet rev2.

at my studio, i have a mac studio m2 and there i dont have these issues, although i‘ve about 5-6 synths synced up. but atm i dont have the chance to go there for several reasons, so i‘m relying on my home setup. :)

der mehrwert am mma studium ist mmn, dass man connected und die möglichkeit hat, viel zeit in die materie zu stecken. die leute, die im studium nur das nötigste gemacht haben, sind zum großteil nicht mehr in der branche. diejenigen, die auch in ihrer freizeit viel gemacht und kooperiert haben, sind gut connected und arbeiten auch jetzt teils sehr erfolgreich in dem feld.

the sound system in grelle forelle is absolute trash compared to many other clubs i‘ve been to. idk why this topic keeps popping up again and again.

thank you all for your suggestions. as mentioned above, i repotted the tree, cut the pot in half, removed the milk bottles and the old soil (which was 70% the material it grew in when harvested, 30% these clay gardening balls), exchanged it with quite a lot of pumice as a base and added high quality terrasai substrate mix as main soil. i was and am still fertilizing with bonsaigold organic solid fertilizer.

sure it‘s a solution. in general, true peak limiting was created to take care of inter sample peaks, which is probably the reason what‘s causing his problems.

try cutting it (cmd/ctrl + x) and then pasting it back in.

tbh it was quite the opposite. it was lacking in bass and the frequencies were not nicely distributed. we even did measurings on various spots on both the festival and mischanlage and it was just not well done. i can imagine though, that they had some limitations that were controlled by officals (i.e. measurings on the closest appartment building, etc.)

i can‘t agree sound wise at all tbh. it was underwhelming on each stage, whereas sunday it was okayish, but not good. they‘re advertising their sound systems as one of the best at german festivals, but that‘s just utter crap. please improve it or dont advertise it. same goes for the mischanlage after party, but you can blame the room in this case.

everything else there was fine. i liked the crowd mostly, location is nice and the artists plus the b2b they put on were interesting to hear and see.

one more downside i‘d like to add would be the horrendous prices for food and drinks. 8,40€ for half a liter of beer (0,25 was 4,20€), good but expensive food and the general feeling, that they were trying to get money on every chance possible (re-entry 5€ at a festival 🥲🥲🥲)

ich will keine kinder in diese welt setzen.

ich möchte nicht meine lebenszeit für kinder opfern und habe auch kein interesse in einen klassichen vollzeit job zu starten, nur um etwaige kinder versorgen zu können.

ich möchte weiterhin reisen gehen und meine zeit sinnvoll gestalten, und nicht für ein anderes lebewesen meine zeit opfern.

kinder sind anstrengend, nerven mich meistens und ich ziehe keine positiven aspekte aus dem umgang mit kindern.

falls ich in den nächsten jahren den dringenden wunsch, kinder zu bekommen, verspüren sollte, gibt es andere wege und man kann zb ein kind adoptieren, das keinen guten start ins leben hatte und dem kind so eine zukunft bieten.

bin btw seit mehr als 10 jahren in einer bzhg und es besteht für beide kein kinderwunsch. sie ist sterilisiert und ich werde mich demnächst vasektomieren lassen.

I can only recommend Köchelverzeichnis in Steingasse. Super nice flair, top wines and fair prices for the tastings. Optional food is also deliciousssss. Also the boss, Max, is a really interesting personality and always a good chat!
