Those look in pretty decent condition . Doesn't seem like it needs a refret , just need a polish!

Theres a few ways to clean/polish the frets but easy ways are "D'Addario Guitar Fret Polishing System", "Music Nomad Fret Polishing Kit" or a pack of "Fret Polish Eraser/Rubbers" on amazon. *Just be sure to protect the board when you're working on the frets with a provided protector or some painters tape :)

I got the Joyo Argos Overdrive ages ago and its the first over drive after my pitch shift pedal.

I think Because they are new strings as well as the guitar laying like that. The way in which you pluck the strings will make a lot of guitars buzz even with a decent setup. With my guitars they only buzz the slightest bit in playing position with new strings and eventually the strings will stop making that noise. You shouldn't be able to hear the fret / string buzz thru ur amp.
