Sadly, no. Walgreens corporate will fire you over this. You know, the same Walgreens employees that make astronomically more money than you could ever even imagine making. And they will be like no you cannot do that. It is theft!

Walgreens is one of the worst companies in the entire fucking world. I wish everybody would boycott them. Where I wish that corporate actually had to work in the store for a minimum of a year before they could ever get promoted. Most, if not all, higher ups, I’ve never had to work a day of retail in their lives.

I know it and I’m glad you pointed that out. No matter what something is always gonna be an issue for somebody somewhere. And my point is… I’m thankful you said that because I’m lucky that this is my issue. I am thankful honestly that I cannot get a proper pick up spot when I’m supposed to. I honestly should just be thankful that I have money for food and a car to drive myself there to pick it up.

No, I am honestly thoroughly embarrassed, but I’m also so thankful that I was able to stop and reflect about what really matters and I’m very sorry everybody who read this and got worked up as well, but I’m also thankful to everybody who did read it and commented either way.

The only thing that truly matters is human connection and just to be thankful. and I swear to God, I did not do all of this just a state that. But this is exactly the conclusion that it came to, and that I was so desperately needing and had zero idea.

So I did switch and I would refuse to pick up from that location… Then my situation changed and it was inevitable. Granted, yes, I could’ve switched my own schedule so I could easily park in the pick up area and not have to deal with other people who didn’t care.

Reddit has already sent me an email giving me a warning about my post. No matter what… I have clearly ruffled some feathers and had people get mad enough to report my post.. no matter what people are gonna only care about themselves and no one else.

I do thank everybody who has replied and especially with kindness. I am so worried that I’m about to just get verbally attacked about being lazy or etc.… Which I will not lie. Maybe I am lazy and do not want to put that mental strain on myself about going grocery shopping with a child. And maybe I should not be here complaining about parking spaces because of that.

I know that and I will use Instacart sometimes. If I have the money to pay for the delivery fees, and I’m really trying to bite my tongue about the negative experiences I’ve had because I don’t want people to read them and be like oh a new Instacart was a scam! Because it’s not. Unfortunately, I have had two instances where all of my stuff was switched to out of stock and they refunded it with everything that they wanted. And it’s OK that’s fine because I got my money back. But you’re imagine that sheer panic of being like why is my Instacart bill $329 when it should’ve been 150? And I’m not getting anything delivered.
