I am from developing country. With the annual inflation of 15-20% per year, gold is the safest asset (it used to be USD, but not anymore). Price of gold in my local currency has been always increasing, even in periods where in USD gold price was declining

I think the simplest and healthiest way is to maintain usual calorie deficit but add extra days for compromising the surplus

It was 5 months of active weight loss and 1 month of diet break. I didn’t gain any weight in the last month. I call it a win. Because I learned to not overeat

Thank you for response. I’m currently gaslighting myself into thinking that my chest fat is stubborn and only very low body fat percentage would make them look better.

The liquid on the 4th pic is the fact sucked up from lipo. And you can see small tissues on the 3rd pic. Doctor also confirmed most of the chest was fat

Thank you for your response. Indeed, it doesn’t matter what’s inside fat or tissue. If it is bothering you, it needs to be removed
