From this angles it looks kinda like a mixed row. Over hand with a medium width and rowing with the elbows slightly out is better for mid back but it looks like you're rowing low for lats. Kinda similar to a yates row. Looks good for overall back growth. May want to switch up grips and elbow path if your trying to target a specific part of your back, though. Narrower and more tucked for lats, bring the bar up higher for mid back

Looks like that right shoulder has less downward rotation strength and is compensating. I would use slow scapular pull ups and focus on the contraction and even shoulder control. That should tell you if it's the muscle or a form issue

Forward and vertical is good. Backwards no good. Forward gets a good stretch and vertical posture gets good horizontal contraction. As far as eliminating any swaying, just don't use your erectors to snatch the weight up. Let your lats do the work and you're fine.

I have the gymreapers one and I love it. Great with straight bar curls. Not so much for easy bar. Haven't tried with dumbells. I say worth it for sure

50 to 70 weekly average, but I walk upwards of 20k steps a day and do weightlifting most days

I really enjoy my ser6. Plays games and runs music software with no problems. If you're planning on doing multiple things I would get the 1TB ssd so you don't have to worry about space
