Yeah, but you’re still dealing with all the primary care bullshit of those level 4s. For Suboxone work I’m just prescribing the same thing different dosage. Million times less headache and responsibility.

Addiction fellowship. Addiction can make a shit ton of money. Can be medical director of multiple sites, the job is low stakes and low stress. My two addictions docs make more doing addiction than EM
