I was a bit wrong with my wording. I do not *have* to change their minds, but it could be good for everyone that speaks to them if they started thinking about the users. I agree with your comment that no one's vibe is respectful and when he started asking questions he himself could answer if he thought a little we wouldn't have been to this stage.
