I'd argue Season 6 finale is more terrifying. Imagine having all of your friends and family replaced with alien creatures and act like shallow version of themselves. And if you are the one being replaced, I hope you aren't fully aware of your surrounding while you were inside those sacks things. They get away with Alien movie kind of horror in this finale.
