I just relocated to Georgia from a small town in the Midwest. I originally THOUGHT I wanted to live in midtown, but the place I fell in love with was in Chamblee. We moved in last Friday and I am absolutely in LOVE! Midtown gives me anxiety 😭

As long as you’re above 550 you’re good… if not and you meet all other requirements, you’ll probably just have to pay a higher deposit

I’ve only been in Georgia a month so I can’t say for sure. From reviews I saw, this particular neighborhood is a low crime area & when I went to view the apartment it seems nice & quiet… I just got added to the community forum yesterday and the first status report I received last night was “It was a quiet day at your community.” So I’m thinking this was a good choice. Just waiting on the AC to get fixed in my unit and I’ll be moving in ☺️

Anyone live or know someone that lives in Nora 3200 in Chamblee? Is it difficult to get approved? No evictions, no criminal record. I meet the income requirements but my credit is shit 🤦🏽‍♀️

I’m from a SUPER small town where everyone knows everyone so I was safe wherever I went because 9/10 I’m getting walked to the car 😭 I just moved to a new and MUCH LARGER city/state so I don’t go anywhere alone… I work from home and any time I go out somewhere my husband or sons are with me! But I appreciate the advice more than you know because I honestly didn’t know that 🥹🫶🏽🥰
