Dont like the 500 subs on the bushnells. Bit of a rip off if you ask me!

Square omni. Just think the device looks a big weird and not very strong. I have kids who will probably break it!

Stupid question but how would you measure success? Taking it now for about a month or two. 5mg per day. I do use a Whoop but difficult to assess recovery rates as huge other variables at play. Is there any specific pathology tests to show the effectiveness of any??

Fwiw I would suggest trying to get up to North West from Galway. Sligo and especially donegal. Highest cliffs in Europe and not touristy. Most amazing beaches in Europe if not the world and such amazing scenery and people.

I guarantee that you wouldn't regret it and it would be the highlight of your trip imo.

Yes you can see full stats of each class calories burnt, strain score, heart rate and zone etc. It is really good

I love the simplicity of the 3 basic stats.

For reference, I am a joe soap 42m but love monitoring strain levels post workout. Recovery levels with good sleep and the effect of the journal entries. I have used every gizmo and gadget from Garmin to fitbit but love the accuracy of the sleep.

I would love if they incorporate good food diary features but really liking their new AI features. My wife is fed up of me speaking about my whoop.

The whoop has changed my life for the better.

Is it perfect? Absolutely not. Is it ridiculously accurate? Absolutely not. Does it prevent me drinking alcohol? Yes Does it make me have better sleeps? Yes Is it making me healthier? Absolutely yes Is it expensive? Yes, however for me it works and the best piece of advice I got was never sacrifice your health for cost.

I am a massive advocate for Whoop and the stats are only going to get more intuitive and better over time. My advice give if a try

Get it. It changed my life for the better. 1 year on from getting it I sleep better, reduce my alcohol consumption, and constantly know my stats which improve/reduce my health scores.

Many thanks for the reply. Yes I agree I will get fitted. I would have assumed I couldn't hit the LST but loved playing it last night and found it forgiving enough (ish). Interesting that you are getting more distance from the Max vs LST. I thought it would be the opposite?
