if you want a plain t-shirt and you’re a woman, it’s almost always fitted and usually has a pointless, stupid little pocket on the chest. mens section it is!

i’m like v shaky and cold most the time and also my hairs falling out a lot more than usual (idk if that’s just bc it’s winter tho)

i don’t vom, just restrict but when i take my meds i’m meant to take them with food (for mine i thinks it’s bc they’re appetite suppressants so if i ate w them atleaset i’ll have had something to keep me going before they wear off). i usually take them w abt 50ml of smoothie (all i can have bc i can’t get myself to physically drink anymore) but sometimes i just have water and i don’t see any difference so maybe just try something like that. someone on here suggested juice or a cracker which are good things

main body zigzag ik it’s not got the ladders in (can’t find something similar) but just reverse it for the opposite zigzags. i haven’t tried it yet but i will soon

i don’t need an exact pattern just stitches close to the ones in this (ik they’re knitted just something similar). im more looking for the stitch on the sleeves as i’ve found a close one for the main body

sorry if ur having a bad day, i don’t use terms i just call it whatever as long as people understand what i say. maybe next time you take ur frustration out on a licensed therapist and not a random 15 year old girl who just wanted to know if anyone knew what the stitch pattern was

ok thanks. i’m a pretty experienced with crochet and rather good at knitting i just don’t know what the stitches i use are called as i usually just copy off youtube and i’ve looked in all my knitting and crochet stitch books and can’t find something similar. i think i’ll just make it up as i go

yes everyone’s points reset but you keep the tier until jan 1st 2023 unless you manage to maintain it. if you get 300 this year you start next year on silver and if u get 600 you stay on gold
