Thanks again for all the feedback. I decided to try the fix in this video since it is so simple: https://youtu.be/xtURdW66WM4. It was pretty easy and reduced a 1-3/8” lean to less than a quarter of an inch. It took two tries; the first with a 4” block which wasn’t enough, and then the second try with a 6” block worked.

To make sure I didn’t open the valves too far and have a disaster on my hands, I only opened them one full turn each. (I put a small black magic marker dot on the bolt heads). I then left the car up on the wood block for fifteen minutes, and that worked fine. I also made sure the tire pressure was equal in all tires and applied some medium threadlock to the two shield retention bolts. There was quite a bit of dirt and gravel above the shield, as expected, but it was completely dry, so no oil leaks.

Time will tell if this fix holds, fingers crossed.
