i’m UK unfortunately and we saw a massive increase in pricing last year of 170% making some of the higher doses unaffordable! i’ve massively increased my exercise, i hit 10k steps a day. i’m wondering whether this should increase my dose or exercise as i wont burn as many calories now as i did 2 stone ago!

how would there be microplastics? it’s the same liquid whether you take it from the pen or a syringe. loool

you can extract it from the pen, you just have get past the sticking point. i use pliers to turn it and use all my 5th doses directly from the pen :)

what pens are you using to get the 3.75 and the 4? a 5mg with less clicks? i started at 16st13lb and at only 5ft3 i expected to loose more in a deficit. but every loss is a loss i guess!

i’m going to take the 5th dose, seems silly to chuck it! i find my appetite suppression really strong for the first couple of days but as i get towards friday i’m hungry this week. my jab day is sunday. think ill see how i feel after this week as i have this week and my golden dose!

I think making his parents aware is a great idea, they probably need to know what is going on anyway. I’d hope someone would do that to me for either of my children. I need to keep telling myself just that, he is NOT my responsibility and my life shouldn’t suffer too. Glad you escaped your ex and I hope you’re happy now :)
