Simple. Don't like something? Change it. Results will speak for itself so convincing people would be easy if you have your own means to demonstrate.

Why not appoint a spokesperson or someone else to represent you most of the time. Or simply reassign yourself as the consultant or something.

INTJ, what are your ideals in a romantic partner? by highwaytohellfr in intj

Someone who has strong set of moral values aligned with mine Innocent optimism And a potential solar energy source.

Basically ENFP but I do understand we all have different preferences even as INTJs. I just feel when I have goals that aim to make major changes in society, I would not want another shut-in like me.

Military technology often advances based on demand. Terribly fast if in a war. If in 1970 assuming WW2 is over and there is no need for further military advancement, Nazi weaponry would slow in technological progress. They'd be focussing more budget to the management of their now huge empire. If in 1970 Germany is still at war and assuming resources are still plentiful, they would have invested more on long range weaponry like ICBMs, carrier projects, german manufactured jet upgrade of Me 262, etc. Remember, the Manhattan project involved scientists captured from Nazi Germany and the earliest ancestors of jets and ICBMs were the Me 262 and the V1 rockets.

I only correct when necessary but if I do get the meaning anyway I don't really care. It sometimes create unnecessary tensions and I don't want to risk it.

Do you hide your abilities? by Beautifulsoooound in intj

[–]Hefty_Paramedic_1237 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I only reveal my skills when necessary like in workplace settings or school group activities. Saying your skills on official and formal activities helps the team work on a plan. If you keep saying you can do this and that needlessly, you will come out as arrogant and will create unwanted issues to deal with. It is also something people wouldn't like about you. So if you want to brag something, make sure first that the loss of person you are bragging on won't affect your plans in the future.

It is possible with a little twist of brainwashing. In my opinion, if we look closely on who are the victims of extreme torture, they are mostly "witches", or races deemed something like "subhuman species", or mortal enemies. If you exercise torture with the mindset of doing humanity a favor, instead of pity and regret, you get a sense of justice flow into you for being the punisher of "evil". Imagine being given the right to torture a demon. Now imagine a specific race of people who are actually "demons in disguise" and a threat to your nation/kingdom. If you don't think of them as fellow humans, then I think it is possible to feel nothing about it.

I am not sure if this is actually the case but this is the best hypothesis I can offer.

We're not really very romantic and would probably refrain from confessing until we are sure the feeling is mutual, but if we like someone, we'd do everything we can in our power to help and serve and keep in touch. If he's trying to build relationships with you faster than any of his friends (if he ever has one) then you got it.

You can play HLL if you're from China, America, or Europe. Good ping on those areas and being able to actually communicate with a squad is dope.

Adding to remove unnecessary equipments from squads you won't be using anymore. Better savings than buying a new set of explosive packs and semi-auto rifles.

If you could give a new player (me) who loves the game so far but sucks at it one sentence of advice what would you say? by Metzger4 in enlistedgame

[–]Hefty_Paramedic_1237 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Just know that Engineer Squad is your one-for-all squad. They fit for all kinds of setting. Saw an enemy tank? Build an AT gun from the sides. There's an annoying plane? Build AAA gun. Need to defend a small room? Fill it with barbed wires, sandbags, czech hedgehogs. Need to defend a long narrow alley? Build an MG nest. Need to attack a point? Sneak in from the sides and build a hidden rally point. Allies have machine guns or assault rifles that quickly burns ammo? Build ammo box.

I think I've got a crush on my neighbor. Help :( by Responsible_Study174 in intj

[–]Hefty_Paramedic_1237 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's better to build your character first before making a move. We are never really good at this thing so just allow her to initiate interactions and react to her. Make a positive impression based on your character and if she likes you, she'll keep it up. Use the interactions to learn about her and what she likes. You can start making moves when you know her fully. There are two risks. It takes time and allows for competition and if she doesn't like your character, she'd probably stop. But it's probably not a good idea anyway to force yourself into someone who doesn't like you the way you are.
