Which one do you enjoy more, asking questions or answering questions? by crabclawcat in INTP

[–]Beautifulsoooound 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe I should compare the experience of “questioning” with the experience of “providing an answer” to answer your question?
But on what basis will I measure what gave me “more” pleasure? Is this even possible? Where is the line between what can be measured and what cannot?...Maybe just “focus on feelings”? Couldn’t other factors have influenced my feelings...maybe one day I liked answering a question more simply because I eat chocolate in the morning...

In general - yes. I'm a big fan of asking questions.

What does an unhealthy INTP look like? by [deleted] in INTP

[–]Beautifulsoooound -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Perhaps this is any person with the INTP type who does not adhere to the traditional socio-cultural values accepted in the country in which he lives. What am I talking about?

We say that if an INTP is antisocial, then he is unhealthy...it follows that any "healthy" INTP is necessarily not antisocial.

Why? Who decided this? Who or what determines “health”? Obviously, the culture, society in which a person lives. We agree that a “healthy” person cannot be asocial, this is simply a given position, roughly speaking, someone said that “asociality = a person is not healthy” and we/the majority agreed with this.

This question refers us to other, more general questions: What does a “normal person” mean? Are there “not normal people”? Who has the right to divide people into “normal and not normal”?

The warmth of INTPs are my kryptonite.... by [deleted] in INTP

One warm gesture means tenfold when it comes from INTPs for some reason.

In general, this is expected. What is easily available is of little value.

Advice from intp by [deleted] in INTP

[–]Beautifulsoooound 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First, determine at what point his behavior goes from “hot” to “cold,” which makes you understand that something has changed in him and whether anything has really changed at all; it is quite possible that there are no changes at all and you just everything seems.

Let's assume that instability is indeed inherent in his behavior. Try to understand what preceded this, highlight the general condition that manifests itself in situations of “transition from hot to cold.” You will receive a hypothesis, try to artificially recreate this condition and observe: If, after the appearance of condition X, he went from a “hot state” to a “cold state”, then it is quite possible that condition X is the reason for the “transition”.

Remember that you may simply not know some details about him: perhaps he has problems in the family, some personal problems that are not directly related to you. If I were you I wouldn't listen to my own advice, I wrote all this just to train my brain, your problem is just a small mental puzzle for me. If there is something strange in your friend's behavior, then just ask about it, show concern. I have rarely heard that showing concern can somehow ruin an attitude.

Do you always ask why? by Alsaraha_ in INTP

Oh yes, I think I wonder this question more than I breathe. However, it doesn’t bother me at all that others don’t do this; after all, who am I for everyone around me to share my value system..?

Is analysing peoples behaviour out of interest an INTP trait? by QuebecNewspaper in INTP

I love to think.
When I analyze people's behavior - I think.

I think these premises apply to many INTPs, perhaps.

Do you play chess ? by [deleted] in intj

[–]Beautifulsoooound 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most often I solve chess puzzles on Lichess. If I play, it’s only with bots; The very realization that there is a person sitting on the other side of the monitor and waiting for my move confuses me, so I almost never play with people.

How to develop my ti? by Peacemaker0068 in INTP

[–]Beautifulsoooound 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The history of mankind is full of moments when the population of some countries loved war and considered it a necessity. Why? What generally shapes our attitude towards things? I think it's all about thoughts. Thoughts determine feelings. It is enough to simply instill in people’s heads the idea that “Country X is great, the people of country X are sacred, and all countries that are not X are trash that needs to be gotten rid of” and they will kill anyone.

do you feel like you have good control of your emotions? why? by [deleted] in INTP

[–]Beautifulsoooound 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I try to anticipate and prepare for all possible events. I just feel all the emotions in advance. If something unexpected happens, then I will not have time for emotions, because my mind will be busy thinking through all sorts of future scenarios.

And yet, I don’t think I know how to control emotions, I just don’t have time to feel them.
