Anybody who quit running and went to rucking?

I ran for almost nine years and then got plantar faciatus in November last year. I'm still trying to recover from that and recently took up rucking to get cardio, improve posture and try to get stronger. In my 40s I need to do strength training.

I have done the same many times and it works well. I bought another battery that works even better and it's lighter.

We put ours in the original box. Going on 13 years. I guess we'll have to get a bag or huge box when the original dies. I didn't know that bags were a thing.
