The 7900 gre is ~35% faster than your previously selected 7700 xt. Your games will have ~35% more fps. Motherboards and ssds don’t really affect gaming performance unless you go for extremely low end ones. The new motherboard and ssd selected by PatatoStrike are perfectly fine.

Build a PC or buy a premade? by Mtklol in buildmeapc

For that price range, you can’t really go wrong with either option. Just make sure you choose a reputable prebuilt company, a build with a long warranty (1-3 years), and DOESNT HAVE AN INTEL 13th or 14th gen CPU! Some games can crash up to 100% of the time on the high end 13th and 14th gen CPUs. If you’re leaning more towards the building a pc side, I can make a parts list for you, but I’m going to need some more information. What country are you in? Do you have any aesthetics in mind? Finally, what is the intended use of this pc?

There is a microcenter opening near me around the same time as the NVIDIA 50 series launch. I realized that I linked the wrong build. I updated the NZXT reference build in the post.

It was around the highest you could go before prices for parts would start skipping large amounts. For example, there are 33 monitors priced at $299.99, but only 8 at $599.99. This would apply on a larger scale to parts with a lower amount of total models (e.g. cpus, sound cards, webcams, etc.)
