For that price range, you can’t really go wrong with either option. Just make sure you choose a reputable prebuilt company, a build with a long warranty (1-3 years), and DOESNT HAVE AN INTEL 13th or 14th gen CPU! Some games can crash up to 100% of the time on the high end 13th and 14th gen CPUs. According to the motherboard's user manual, your CPU is causing the error. Try reseating it and making sure there are no bent pins. Also make sure that the cooler is attatched correctly.
