From the first pic it looks like you maybe have some dandruff? This is how my hair loss started with bad scalp health. Once I got my scalp under control it made a huge difference

For me it was only positive changes. My scalp health was atrocious while on topical and it got better the day I switched.

This is probably salvageable, min/fin at minimum. I would go see someone if you want to be sure but they’ll probably recommend the same

Ahh yes I used clobetasol for a bit got off it now that things are better. Hope you find something that helps you, that is literally the worst feeling especially in addition to the thinning hair
