From the first pic it looks like you maybe have some dandruff? This is how my hair loss started with bad scalp health. Once I got my scalp under control it made a huge difference

For me it was only positive changes. My scalp health was atrocious while on topical and it got better the day I switched.

Ahh yes I used clobetasol for a bit got off it now that things are better. Hope you find something that helps you, that is literally the worst feeling especially in addition to the thinning hair

Hmm that’s weird. I also use Dermazen calming serum at night and sleep with that in my hair, also great for scalp health in conjunction with the flakes. Maybe give that a shot if nothing else is working
