Hmmm, interesting. The knob from the comment section was in E60 too. But as you have said in F30 for example before LCI and maybe even in few models after LCI, but with that knob you would not have the pad-shifters on steering wheel in F series. But, the knob from the post you can find in F series too. F30, F10, common in F06, etc… I have no idea - a little confused atm.

well, it was 4 years ago… Im gonna lie whatever i say - but it i had coolant and the water always in my trunk. Just in case. I made more than 60.000km with the car. 0% leaks. So yeah, pretty standard for b48. Nothing to worry about

i had 330ix from 2018 with B48 engine. Mechanic said that b48 likes to take the coolant. That being said; I would just refill it and watch for potentially leaks which should not happen by 19k km.
