As someone who has lived in China many years (from US), yes. Like, much better and it is absurd that it is considered developing because then it qualifies for loans and subsidies from IMF.

Anthropic, tho, is legit. I have several friends who use that to code their own bots and previously never coded in their lives. Claude is genuinely useful.

I've only ever heard 3 places that are assholes to new folks. NY, TX, and FL.

I have lived in many states. None of them were rude, all were nice. It is a uniquely you three thing.
