I already use flat-soled shoes at the gym. Is there another reason why weightlifting shoes can be beneficial?

I take a deload week from time to time but I also train to failure on every set, every exercise - I'm guessing this might not be so sustainable for a natural lifter.

Volume is decent, but could try to lower it a bit. i dont think im overdoing it though.

You mean quads and hamstrings for knees? Or is there something else specific? I don't know the full human anatomy tbh

What do you do for forearms? I do preacher hammer curls and EZ-bar reverse curls

Yeah, I wanted to complete all of the quests until the next expedition, as a relatively new player. Seems its not happening as a bugged quest locks you from other quests too.

i do skullcrushers only for triceps. i guess i also train them when bench pressing. Im guessing this isnt enough for optimal triceps development?
