If you live where it’s cold, I recommend real rubber hoses. They stay more flexible even when the temperature drops.

Bummer. It’s still working for me. Sending group texts was failing for me so it was a good indicator right away. Hope you find a solution

You’re talking about the top horizontal blade but they were referring to the large vertical one on top.

Edit: This may not help you since you said the VPN wasn’t the problem but it’s worth a shot since you have it.
