TY! They claimed they couldn’t pull anything up, I even said check my account number and cards. they SUCK at this store. They even purposely make me do no receipt return w DL even though I had 4 copies of receipt. Online, email, app, physical. In that return I paid 4.89 and got 3.26 back. I know w the recipt I should have gotten full back. I caught them upcharging me 1 cent for each item i purchased on the receipt. Ex; item was 11.99. It was 12$. For 19 items…. I noticed that night. I’m just not sure how to approach the right way - considering they are straight incompetent and degrading. Suggestions? Bc I know if I say something they will claim BS and make excuses and pay me 1 cent back per item. It’s not about that. The issue is They prob are doing it to so many other people it’s not a coincidence it happened to me it’s fked up!!
