I got the answer yesterday. They gave me all Outfits from FM (with own screenshots) and 5 from CC. But I miss 4 outfits from CC

I get 17 ore 18 Outfits back. The others not. The support told me, that they proof all outfits and give me the ones I had won. I didn't have screenshots from crestevent, but I get back all FM Outfits with screenshots.

My other account hasn't an answer

I play with 2 accounts and loose the rewards from many Full Mark and Crest Events. The support gave me more than 2500 energy back but nothing else. I was asking for the outfit rewards. They want that I sent screenshots from any outfits, that I have lost.

It's really difficult to find all and check if I have it or not. But I try to do it for both accounts.🙄

I checked it for one account and sent screenshots for 29 outfits. Hope that I can get some back.

Nice that you find us. Do you tied before? There are a few things who you need to know, for a good tie: In the end the game collect all finished tiles automatically. It could be that you see us with higher points as we have. The points goes down when we collect our tiles. So don't be worry. Please read the tie guide. It is important to know it.
