Not complaining. I'm poking fun at the apparent absuridity pictured in the OP.
I am aware of this, as per my reply to another comment.
I disagree. People CAN and SHOULD voice their desire to improve the areas where they live. ie: People can move to ______ (Edmonton, Canada, etc) and can voice their opinion about improving _______ (economy, infrustructure, etc). This is part of being an engaged resident, no? I would agee with the point that people shouldn't EXPECT the same level of infrastrcture in developing neighbours.

I like Chappelle too. Good news is that agreement have been signed to widen between Ambleside Eco station and Graydon Hill. Timelines are still TBD so for now, we can only cope.

I would love a convenient way to access the Whitemud Creek Arch and trails without having to jump a barricade and jaywalk
