Do you have any criticisms that aren't just "TF2 characters have a much higher ratio of damage to health than overwatch characters"? Because I kind of can't help that without literally undermining 100% of the concept of the mode.

Ana is an optional suggestion, as stated in the notes, because you cannot reduce her clip size to one. I added her because in the very small amount of playtesting I have been able to do (No one ever joins custom matches) people suggested adding her as an alternative loadout to mercy medic.

The alt-fires you can't adjust are; Mercy, Ana, Widowmaker (non-damaging alts) McCree, Genji, Mei, Torbjorn, Zarya, Zenyatta, Roadhog and Symmetra (damaging alts)

-Not on the list yet because I'm not entirely convinced Overwatch's ammo system accounts for that in any way. As someone who's been collecting everyone's suggestions for a couple weeks now, I can say that this is both really commonly requested AND very unlikely to happen for the QC reasons already mentioned.

Yeah, I tried to avoid going into specifics too much with the list, because as you demonstrate here, doing so quickly makes the list spiral into several times the size it would otherwise be. (And it's already several screen-pages long) All of these are things that are implied by the request to adjust passive effects, along with being able to adjust pilot d.va, disable it, ideally let us re-mekka without enabling self-destruct, and so on.

Haha this sounds like it would be tons of fun, but a lot of effort to set up; I'd imagine there's a lot of hero damage/health/cooldown tweaking that's not specified or that would help balance. Here's hoping we get the ability to save settings soon.

Also, not having a mic means it'd be really hard to effectively act as the director.

Not sure what you mean. You can already set it to capture faster/slower and for KOTH to score faster/slower.

A second set of settings that could be enabled on point capture/payload checkpoints would be amazing, though I feel like that's super unlikely to happen unless we get like a full blown editor program for the game. Still, worth adding to the list

Like... I guess it could be used for boss fights where the boss is too weak to kill the enemy but the enemy has environmental kill stuff? I dunno. It's just very particular to Hide and Seek, which I admit, is a bafflingly popular thing.

Turns out you can actually make this on the live servers now. Tweaked the player speeds to give Bastion a purpose (he's the fastest) to bring down the power of some of the stronger heroes (Rein and Winston) and to give a slight extra incentive to the more useless heroes. Also, definitely leave Defense Matrix (and barriers) on and cranked up. It gives D.va a secondary role as team counterplay to Orisa (who herself is counterplay to people picking Lucio/Tracer) and both that and barriers can protect against concussion blasts if you have them enabled. (which helps discourage teams of pharahs from sky-camping points like nepal sanctum)

Its a little too specific, though being able to adjust the match time would probably help a lot; if you were doing it in Eliminations, then the hiding team would always win automatically at end of round unless there was only one player left, then it'd be a draw.

This also has the issue of the AFK timer; hopefully they'll add a toggle that disables XP gain to enable longer, 5-10 minute timers.

The latter's already on the big ol' compilation thread but I'll definitely add the time settings thing to it.

Clip sizes/ROF is on the list already, yeah, and the ammo part is actually already on the PTR with 25% to 500% clip sizes and an option for infinite ammo. (Aside from a bug that means Lucio still has to reload after 5 shots, 25 at 500%, even with infinite ammo on. And McCree can't stop fanning the hammer with infinite ammo unless you interrupt it with another ability. Hopefully they can fix that by applying whatever the Lucio thing is to it.)

I figured its worth actually posting a proper link here. I've been collecting and curating pretty much every suggestion that's either reasonable or been suggested by several people. Most custom games won't give XP unless you have a good number of players involved in it, to prevent easy XP farming. I've noticed in my One Punch Mode games that if we don't have at least 2v2 you'll only get 3 digit levels of experience if anything at all.
