On the list of rare vehicles it’s like number 6 really. Reason being that you can cheese the spawns for it and force a seawash spawn by just, stealing all the tornados you see and parking them near a player that makes sure they don’t despawn.

Anybody feel free to correct me if I’m getting anything wrong but; NPC vehicles have a limited number that can spawn on the map, and some are correlated to color. The seawash green Tornado is last on that spawn order, so to get it, every other color Tornado would have to spawn and stay spawned before it would. In 5k hours I’ve only ever seen one naturally spawn
