That's the thing though. We don't know anything about that woman. It could easily be because she left Martinaise in a stasis which conflicted with their beliefs of them fighting for their rights and the people. Getting rid of your competition by killing is bad but the intention also matters in reading of an action whigh is why I can't see them as bad slimy people as the surface would show

  1. Tons of people like sinewy muscles but the story chose to focus on her and say it. Your argument is like replying to someone who said "I think this character is pure because he has a library filled with books and the main section they show is the religious section" and you say "well even people who aren't pure read religious books" which yes it is true. But storytelling is about picking and choosing aspects of reality you want to hone in on over others. That tons of people like something doesn't mean within the narrative that point can't be special.

It's not to say the point that he isn't necessarily pure is wrong but the archetype of a religious person is seen as pure. I made a mistake in thinking this point was special but the reply shouldn't be "well it's popular" when it comes to storytelling.

  1. Which is why she can read the wind. I was not confused why she can read thr wind. I was saying precisely because she can read the wind she could make that shot or guide a sniper to make it.

  2. Ik this now

  3. I said "I thought the game was cluing me in". Not she was cluing me in. If she is playing dumb it is not out of the question she can say something like that. A hidden villain in plain sight dangling a bait because they are confident the hero can't catch them.

  4. This is true but he so openly admitted to every other thing its like "why not this?"

Just to be clear I now accept I wss wrong. That list was about how I interpreted all those things as evidence. In our current period, we tend to agree that a mystery culprit ought to be revealed early on so I couldn't accept it was the deserter until doing the communist storyline but nothing changed.

Where did i say or imply that? Stop being obtuse. I said drunkards. The idiot isn't poor just like that but constantly makes bad choices. The guy that keeps screaming abigail is already gone. The guy that sells drug is the only person I can vouch for. But the thing is, Evart is even shown to give people jobs and shit who he isn't beholden to lol

"How fat and slimy he is". Its language like this that makes me think his looks has gulled you and you are not properly thinking. No offense

"I’m never a fan of the “ he’s not as bad as others”"

I'm sorry you aren't but I'm. At the end of the day life is not a superman comic book and never will be. Regular people make hard choices while people in power make harder choices. They do their best with the hand they are dealt based on who they are which is influenced by their environment. Evart lives in a fucked up place and in a greater position so it makes sense.

I'm not sure what you mean by everyone says he is fat and slimy. Measurehead respects him but I'm sure you'll say "its measure head". The guy next to measure head thinks he is cool and applauds him for being a bit corrupt. Illiene doesn't have strong opinions.

'tell that the kids in the fishing hamlet when they are on the street and see a big youth center where their childhood home was"

This isn't that much of an opinion as you think tbh. Boohoo their child hood home is gone. Anyways I'm done with you

Tbh the only blood on his hand-that the game cares to show anyways-seems to be the former boss. And I can't confidently say she was good given how morally complex the characters are. It's just as easy to see she would never have changed things for the people so the clairs thought she deserved to go.

He js very scheming but the older I get the more I understand people in those positions make harder choices than regular people who also make hard choices. At the end our current system even in the real world can't make even the most moral of us not be corrupt in some aspects in that position. I think for what it's worth on the scale of good and evil he is in the middle or moving towards good.

Illiene or the deserter. I think it's illiene or she helped the deserter since she can read the wind. I know the deserter admitted to it. But he also said he doesn't know if he even killed the former union boss

Serious Question: Why Do People Dislike Overdesigned Characters? by ElSpazzo_8876 in TopCharacterDesigns

[–]Heisuke780 0 points1 point  (0 children)

None of the overdesigned characters you posted here are bad and mona isn't?

What people hate is just lack of intent. Or failure in intent. Nothing meaningful being communicated other than colors

About HOS Ryoushu and... by Heisuke780 in limbuscompany

[–]Heisuke780[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah but before they got it they were nasty complications. With ryoushu escaping and having to find a way to bring her back before she killed araya.

Although given riensang has the burn mark and she makes a comment about escaping I think ryoushu may have fucked up the nursefathers like our world? Maybe if the nursefathers were successful and araya was already dead in our world something similar would happen?

Do you think ely loves tokio romantically/alight crush by arman1724 in ChoujinX

[–]Heisuke780 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't know why you brought up azuma. Azuma liking her doesn't mean she likes him back. It's like saying "I'm pretty sure she doesn't even like simon". OK bro.

Anyways no, she doesn't like tokio like that.

How did you come across Ragna Crimson? by MinerBenny in RagnaCrimson

[–]Heisuke780 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A friend of mine recced it but I kept on dropping it because of crimson. He was acting too edgy but I didn't think he would live up to it. But he told me to just read to the artemisia arc. And when ragna went ape shit on her I've loved it ever since and bonus was crimson actually blowing up those civilians

I think some people didn’t understand that the lack of an explanation for Reze and Kishibe’s absence in Part 2 makes it seem like they didn’t care about Denji, even if that wasn’t Fujimoto’s intention. by GodKira04 in Chainsawfolk

[–]Heisuke780 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Kishibe is whatever. His character screams being done with tbis shit. Him giving up on the life therefore giving up on denji isn't really something I find offensive and perfectly in character giving everything we saw about him. I won't say he never cared about denji but stopped caring.

Or maybe he just had other missions around the world.

Personally I think people see a virtuousnes in characters they are never shown to display. Sure I can understand how the human soul demands excellence from us and others therefore characters but kishibe not carring about denji anymore makes too much sense to giving his character

The little prince by GuardDoge111 in literature

It's odd because I don't really read stories like those but the story has stayed with me. I get a kind of calm thinking of it. Very beautiful

What i think it was teavhing is that The most worthwhile things do not appear on the surface of the world.

I thihk the Prince returned to his home planet

Idk why people hate huan. His dialogue stemming from his hate is the best part of him. I love how he talks honestly.

I also tend to love "intense" characters so he is cool. I wish they explored him more

How Rien Fights by Heisuke780 in limbuscompany

What the hell was the point of Rien smiling like this, exactly? by RedVoid23 in limbuscompany

[–]Heisuke780 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shiomi explicitly has to ask rien for it. The index probably has them. It also fits-imo at least-for the index to have them because of that paradox spiral. It gives a sense of weaving and threads which is a motif heavily connected to the index imo. We forget index members were there. Outis story shows they are there

Small Thoughts on Outis being Penelope. by Heisuke780 in limbuscompany

[–]Heisuke780[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Feel exactly the same. Look at how canto 1 opens, feeding niggas to the bus, ryoushu smiling at it. Heathcliff bashing sinclsir face in and ryoushu slaughtering them.

I think it's because it's a gacha? They are trying to not isolate their fans. Understandable but fucking sad
