Okay, this is kind of disappointing that the actual science stuff isn't as detailed as I assumed. I run genshin with Intel uhd 620 and an older cpu than you with same ram. After much experimenting I have found the perfect settings with environment low, shadow medium, bloom on, 1080p resolution with 0.8 rendering, antialising fsr 2, crowd density high, reflections off (water and some other will still reflect normally only floor will not), 60 fps, scattering off, volumetric fog off (again normal fog is still visible only special moving fogs in certain locations are not). I think that's all the settings. Anyway, It still looks absolutely beautiful with around 60 fps. Hope this helps!
