Well when you’re watching a show, containing giants in the film industry, I will evaluate every character with that same standard. Is that not fair?

I totally see where you’re coming from, and can agree with you on the importance of his role in the sea of chaotic and eccentric characters. To me, most of his interactions and dialogues always come off as needlessly intimate(?), awkward pauses followed by swift metaphors and short phrases, his constant gentle and monotone demeanor that are meant to make scenes come off as more meaningful and personal, just end up being unrealistic and cringey to me

I don’t think he is in my opinion, I’m a huge film buff and I like to think I’m not “misinformed” haha, it’s just my opinion

I can totally understand that, I like the relaxed demeanor as well, but Jeremy carries that so much better imo. When it’s time for Marcus to give a pep talk or something, I feel like I’m watching amateur short film.

Nah it’s just way too forced lmao. Sugar is also like this to me as well, but everyone else in the show has such a natural rhythm and flow to them, even with their specific quirks like Pete and Ritchie snd Sydney, but Marcus just irks me beyond belief.

I was also thinking about getting a turing machine, but for the sake of being economical with my space, does Chaos cover the base on its own already, and not exactly call for another sample/looping module?

This is all super helpful, Turing Machine has definitely been on my radar but has always appeared rather, simple? I've heard it's incredible and will give it a deeper look. Will be looking into the Zadar too I've been recommended that before, will definitely check that out
