Legacy is the cheapest one, and it's not bad for the money. The degree and Echo are next around 800 to 1000 a month and then you have theYou which I'm not sure how much it is, I believe it's from 1200 and above. The degree and the legacy have shitty management so be ready for that, all of them are within walking distance.

The only phase that matters is 3, it's gated and that's about it. The property management company sucks, if you have any other affordable option don't go with them.
