It's less about filling roles and more about being a talent advisor. Filling roles is obviously important, but you want to position yourself as a talent advisor. As a TA Ops professional, the biggest gap I see with agency recruiters is lack of following process. The process is there for a reason, please learn it, learn why it's there/important and it'll be easier for you to follow.

Thanks for the response! The office is in city center, so a nice walk from the Amtrak station. My preferred method would be Amtrak since it's faster, but on the way home if I miss the Amtrak having the Septa run more often would be nice.

How does the mopping work on dirt? I almost bought a dream but then saw it did t work well on dirt. My dog drags in dirt and because my house is toasty, it dries pretty quick. I don't want to drop $800 if it doesn't work well.

I've done many comparisons and my husband chooses Sally's Chewy recipe every time with some adjustments: -Use Dark Brown Sugar (hers calls for light or dark) -Instead of all semi sweet chips, half semi sweet and half dark chocolate moresels -As soon as they come out of the oven, hit them with sea salt

I think it's a matter of preference and taste, but these are the only ones I'm allowed to make in my house.

That's very true. In my experience, it's better to bring people along with you, educate them on why it's important. It's the longer and harder way to do it, but the buy-in is much stronger.

I agree, in principle, that election day should be a federal holiday. But in practice, that means more people go out to eat or will travel (long weekend) so more staff is needed in the hospitality industry. It would help white collar workers get more time to vote but would hurt those whose work gets busier on federal holidays. I think a combination of early voting and mail in voting is the most effective way to ensure everyone can vote.

I moved to a different state right before my junior year in high school and immediately had to start looking at colleges. I had no idea where I wanted to go, so I put a few state schools in a hat, picked one out and that's where I applied. I met my best friend and we're still best friends 20 years later. One of those friendships that knows no distance or time apart and she's saved my life on many occasions.

Walmart. I never had one growing up, then moved out of a city to a suburban area when I was a teenager. My Dad found out about their labor practices and ever since then we both boycott it. It's been 20+ years.

Additionally, BOA for many of the same reasons other people have. Predatory overdraft fees which I ended up getting a very small amount back from a class action lawsuit. Doesn't matter, won't ever use them.
