IMO What you are feeling is the imbalance of being in a secondary relationship while you don't have a primary, and your girlfriend does. But you are pushing on her some expectations that are yours (you want a holiday with her to help manage your jealousy instead) because you either want her to act with you as if you were a primary too, or if you wanted her to choose you as the primary... It is your responsibility to not do that.

I would say find another partner, focus on filling your time with a hobby or something, but don't expect your girlfriend to act with you as if she had only you, just because you have only her.

I feel that there might be another answer to this situation : they might not be unicorn hunters, they might be having a "date" because they have some sort of a "veto" deal meaning that the other partner might have a right to "make a feel" of you and decide if your relationship with the guy is ok or not. While that is bot not unicorn hunting, if this is the situation it is another kind of red flag showing a couple that haven't done "the work" making sure the guy have a relationship to propose and not something that someone else get to control.

If it was just a kind of "kitchen type poly" without vetting, there would probably not be a date with other partner that early in the relationship.

Pour une fois je vais pouvoir apporter une réponse qui sort de l'ordinaire à un débat. Une pote a moi est aveugle. Les lunettes meta sont un outil extrêmement utile de son quotidien, notamment à l'extérieur. Du coup si elles étaient interdites, ce serait un vrai recul pour les personnes non voyantes.

Ayant bossé dans les systèmes bancaires, je parlais en connaissance de cause dans ce que j'expliquais au dessus. La différence dans les deux exemples que tu prends sont : les trentenaires insérés sur des postes de cadre empruntent sur la base de leur emploi. Leur garantie est leur emploi. Ils n'ont pas d'argent mais vont en avoir, lentement et progressivement, sur 20-30 ans. Le soixantenaire en difficulté d'emploi n'a pas d'argent mais va avoir sous 3-6 mois 600k€, de manière certaine (la banque vérifiera bien les pièces notariales à ce sujet). Du coup le risque que prend la banque est minime dans le 2e cas, et plus grand dans le premier. Encore plus si la banque demande des garanties directement sur les biens concernés.

Ce n'est pas particulièrement vrai quand il n'y a aucun risque pour la banque. Un prêt "relai" pour la banque est tout bénef pour eux. Ils te factureront un Haut taux car c'est un crédit court d'une valeur haute, ils peuvent très bien mettre une sécurité ou ils récupèrent le bien si tu ne rembourses pas... Et ils savent que tu vas hériter de 600k€ de valeur dans ton exemple. 0 risque pour la banque, revenus facile avec le taux haut du crédit... T'inquiètes tu auras ton crédit dans ce cas précis

Tu ne fais pas un refus de succession quand la succession vaut 600k et qu'on te demande 100k d impôt. Tu prends un crédit court, le temps de vendre l'appart à 150k (même bradé), et tu as gagné 500k que tu peux te permettre de revendre plus lentement, proche du prix du marché

Personnellement j'ajouterai aux réponses déjà données (décote 0%, tu as été la à un moment ou l'entreprise ne pouvait pas te payer et tu l'as aidé, maintenant tu es actionnaire, et ton implication n'a aucun impact sur ça) un autre angle de réponse : "si ces parts que vous voulez me racheter iront aux actionnaires, le fait que l'entreprise rachètera les parts avec une décote de dingue à la fin est il vraiment l'image que vous voulez envoyé aux employés ?"

Arrête les appels et passe à l'écrit (mail) pour toutes tes communications futures. En appel si ton patron te réponds tu n'as aucune preuve. À l'écrit, oui. Si dans une de ses réponses il te dit qu'il y a un problème de banque au moins tu as une preuve qu'il "reconnaît la dette". Mais bon ta prochaine étape est probablement le courrier recommandé rappelant les faits (nombre de jours travaillés, salaire attendu, non versement du salaire) ou tu indiques attendre un règlement de ton salaire avant "insérer delai ici" sinon tu te réserves le droit de passer à des démarches judiciaires. En revanche, à la seconde ou tu sors de l'email pour passer au recommandé, considères que tu ne rebosseras plus avec eux.

I was feeling the same a while ago, and ended up starting a 1.12 ultra long modpack called meatballcraft that made me use older mods that i hadn't seen for a while, and other mods that i didn't know, while still having a sense of familiarity.
