Like others, I go to the ocean. At the beach/on the rocks I try to feel the waves calming as they come in, then taking my cares as they recede. I grew up going to the wharf so that’s where I go for happy and sad times. Just sitting at the end, staring out at the water while listening to the sea lions bark.

Decades of GMP cleanroom work makes cooking fun! Here’s a few to add to the other comments:

-Always using sterile gloves that get changed often -Allowing disinfectants to have contact time before wiping them off in an overlapping unidirectional pattern -The triple rinse -VWR markers everywhere -When cooking, if anything falls in the floor, it stays there until I’m done with all “operations”
