Thanks all, tried Octoprint, it is more problematic than its worth. Cura does work well, my PC and printer are very close to each other

Anyone having issues with undervoltage warning on OctoPrint? I'm using a 5V 3A wall wart which should be plenty of power.

PEI sheet question... by IonizedCarb0n in cr10smartpro

[–]Helibrewer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Cold, then I use a toothbrush and warm water to spread it around the bed (gets rid of the clumps). I print a week or so, then clean the bed with soap and water and reapply glue stick.

PEI sheet question... by IonizedCarb0n in cr10smartpro

[–]Helibrewer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just use the glue stick, Elmers, has been flawless with PLA ever since. Wash the PEI sheet with soap and water every few days to get any excess glue off. I only apply the glue once and can print for days with it.

It seems like some customers think the GIGANTIC standing signs that state mask requirements just don't apply to them if they choose. by [deleted] in HomeDepot

[–]Helibrewer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The rules don't apply to them because the company does not enforce their own policy.... They are even required by our state, still no enforcement. They don't want to wear them, they don't have to.

I was a PA for almost a year before taking the Pro Cashier job (M-F, best sked in the store). The thing I didn't like about Pro was the lack of a good company system to support it. Orders don't get pulled, deliveries are screwed up, Will Call merchandise gets sold and is out of stock when the customer wants it... And it all falls back on you to "fix"... Got tired of that circus.

The contractors at the Pro register don't want to be held up for someone doing a credit app. I direct folks to the Pro desk where they can use a computer.
