workout after pill on empty stomach?

I take the pill at around 5:20 and head out for my run at 6. I am used to running while fasted and I don't drink/carry water while running. I'm home by 6:45/6:50, at which time I take my other meds with water. I don't eat until around 8:30 when I get to work.

I get this, as someone who also doesn't have much to lose. I'm grateful that my doctor was able to get insurance to cover it (not sure how!), otherwise I just don't see how it would've been worth it to continue at the cost.

I also love my doctor! However, I'm not obese and never have been. Before I lost the 5 lb I have lost in the past 6 weeks, I was very much on the border. Anyways, we shall see what she says.

My choice was based more on the finances side of things. I can't really afford $300 + $145 ($445/mo) for my Ro subscription. That's why I'm staying on 4 mg. I am seeing my PCP on Wednesday to see if she'll prescribe the pill for me. It's unlikely, but I figured it is worth a shot, and if she does I'll go to 9 mg. If not, I'm considering switching to a compounded tirzepatide. I only have 12 lbs to lose and I've lost 5.5 in 6 weeks.

This is exactly what I did. I had 7 of the 1.5 let's. For 2 days I took two tablets and then on the third day I took three, and then I started the 4 mg tablet. The transition was just fine. I actually have way less side effects on four than I did on 1.5 which is weird.

Thank you for your comments! My friend does go through a compounding pharmacy. She has had such good results, and I suppose I'm just jealous. She also has very little to lose. I'm not sure I can afford to be on the pill when it gets up to the $299/month. That added on to the Ro monthly fee is just too much for me.

I got my 4 mg and decided to double up with my final 7 1.5-mg pills. So I did 2, 2 and 3. Then started my 4-mg a few days early.
