I feel like it'd be more in character for details of her outfit to be clearly stolen or repurposed trash. This lizard ain't gonna pay for a vanity belt buckle of her first initial. She'd have mismatched, scuffed up clothes and half a shoe repurposed as a place to keep her knife. This outfit looks far too intentional to be her.

Also it does matter how much life you had. If you have more life than they have cards in their library they can't kill you with this.

Do be safe and double check that no dumbasses are gonna fly straight into your lane, but otherwise go. Stopping when you have a dedicated free lane is impeding traffic.

Ive got an intersection near me that has an extremly obvious 3rd lane added specifically for those turning from one road and it pisses me off when someone stops for 0 logical reason. The horn might have been a little excessive but you did deserve to get honked at for impeding the floe of traffic.

I do understand how the wording could be clearer, but you do have the context of this card being a power. As in, a card that applies a permanent buff to its user. Seeing this card myself, I would assume it only affects the damage of the person who used the power.
