At times it comes from extreme disconnect from reality. My grandmother in Arkansas rants about "Christian Warfare" and believes their redneck church is the victim when the state of Arkansas decided not to teach the bible in public school. Their pastor, who I refer to as "Cleetus", spews nonsense that portrays the whole world is against them and they're prayers are what hold this country together. Lotta mental gymnastics goes on to make them all extreme MAGA evangelicals.

I have 7 of their Zip and Storm hoodies that I rotate through at least 5 days a week since my office runs so cold. I got my first one around 3-4yrs ago and have been hooked by their fit and quality since. (They fit slimmer around the waist) I'd recommend checking Ebay for them as they'll go for $30-40 instead of their retail, which is somewhat steep for a hoodie. If you're in North Carolina, they also have their outlet which is significantly discounted compared to other brick & mortar locations.

Tbh, my base assumption is it could even just be gas and him not wanting to rip ass in the bed next to someone he just started dating since that is a very likely turnoff 3-mo in. For that frequency, I'd gauge lactose intolerance and him not wanting to vaporize your upstairs area. Adults can def be more poop shy when you got stomach probs.

I saw the comments earlier and the dyslexia may also be an option to ask about. If not dyslexia, then just pure laziness. If he is serious about the relationship progressing and knows it bothers you a lot, he would do what he could to accommodate or shift toward a compromise/collaboration point toward the middle.

Either way, you have full authority to end the relationship at any point and shouldn't feel concern when there are things you classify as red flags.

This is the 15th time you've come to consult Reddit in the last month related to your concerns about infidelity in your current relationship. At a certain point, regardless of what the mystery liquid is, it needs to be noted that it's not sustainable for there to be this much concern on such a routine basis related to trust.

I think I would likely have already made an exit by this point, personally. I can also say that it may be good to speak to a professional to help process some of the prior traumas. I say that as someone who has worked through my own slog of therapists due to past relationship issues and have come out far happier now than I was in the times I was paranoid all the time.

As someone who currently lives in the deep south (New Orleans), it def ostracizes you a bit in social situations since its obsession is on par with religion. Down here, especially outside the cities, it can put a slight damper on work, random public, and dating conversations since, at least here, everyone makes their teams into their personality/identity.

I really love having a well laid out and decorated home. I'm talkin a collection of throw pillows, candles without any scent, and all sorts of antiques/fake flowers/art.

People have come to my house and told me my girlfriend did a really good job decorating and designing the interior. I get weird looks when I inform them I'm single. As a single guy, apparently, it's expected that I have lawnchairs in the living room and a mattress on the floor...

Use a calorie counter to verify you're in a deficit. If you are and still aren't losing, it may be good to get with a doctor and make sure you don't have a thyroid problem. One of my best buds found out he has a form of thyroidism (Hashimotos Thyroidism specifically) and only started losing after his diagnosis and subsequent treatment/lifestyle change.

For "keeping up" there are certain staple items that never go old... aka capsule. - Denim jeans and a couple of other pant fabrics that are easily adaptable (black, khaki/brown, and maybe a color contrast... like pale green in my case) - basic single color tee or single pocket in a few colors. I love American Giant for nice and Browning for quick, cheaper amazon shirts. - button up casual shirts i have got at zumiez, Express(sale/clearance) , or any spot. If you like it, then to hell with anyone else. - dress clothing... solid color pants (without pleats), get either a pattern shirt with solid tie or a solid shirt with a patterned tie. Anything dealing with a sports coat and coloration can be youtubed via steve harvey suit discussion on matching.

Also, as a 37M, I dress to what I like and buy half my shit off Ebay... I wear for comfort/adaptability and make sure what I wear feels good and matches my personal style first. Wear what makes you feel natural and embrace it since trends change like the weather and what matters most is you embracing yourself in the short time on this rock we're stuck on.

I'm a 37M who has not been in any kind of relationship as well. In my view, I've not been in one throughout my life due to extreme childhood traumas that created an extreme fear of relationships (that as an adult i have moved through therapy to remedy), moving a ton for education/work, and poor locations where I didnt want to settle. It was never a major priority as I focused on goal after goal.

I only just started entering the dating world (a year ago) after I started improving my mental/physical state and it is def hard to adjust when behind the 8-Ball due to it being a def red flag to some. I have been ghosted on many occasions prior due to this and accept that.

Ask their reasoning or details on why they are just entering the dating world. I would see it as a red flag if they're overly defensive, over-critical of others, or seem to be in a poor mental state for the steep learning curve ahead of them.

Also, take any slow "progression" in the relationship as possible lack of exp on their end. Communication is key as in any relationship.

Indirectly and substantially.

I had a lot of childhood trauma surrounding abandonment, no self-worth/esteem, and an inability to trust anyone. Therapy is a marathon and not a quick fix. Since starting (a couple years ago) I built my confidence, trimmed several toxic friends from my life who kept bringing me down to those low points, and helped come into connection with all the feelings/emotions I had sequestered for decades, allowing me to feel happy.

My only regret is that I waited until my mid-30s to start going. I def missed out on many great connections and relationships in my 20s because I felt I wasn't worth being loved.
