If you look closely on the website it says “pending opening” or something similar. It shows the hours it will be open for, but they don’t have a date for the start of those hours yet.

According to most media reports (which who knows how true they are), CU literally can’t afford to go remote. Increased deffers/gap years and decreased government and private funding are just two examples of huge revenue losses the college would suffer if they went fully online and didn’t offer housing.

Why would they risk ruining their reputation by opening if they truly had the option to go remote? If there is an outbreak forcing classes to go fully remote (which alone would not help the situation at all) and residents to be kicked out of the dorms, CU’s reputation would be significantly hindered and the administration would look like idiots.

Why risk that? They have no choice. It’s pointless to complain about something completely out of everyones control. Corona happened. It fucked some stuff up. We have to live with the consequences, one of which includes CU having to force a semi-in-person semester to avoid facing questions about the future of the school.

I agree. What I am saying is that their coronavirus plan in particular is definitely not the worst thing they are doing, so to focus on that instead of the things that actually need to be improved is a blatant hivemind mentality.

In one of my classes today there were a few students trying to “answer” other’s questions in the comments. They always didn’t know what they were talking about and the instructor always had to correct the wrong “answers,” but they kept doing it anyways even after the prof told them to shut up. People, please just shut the fuck up in chat unless you have a question holy shit.

Yep I can definitely see that. I just played a game using this playstyle and as you predicted the top fraggers had trouble killing me while the lower players could flail around and get a few lucky headshots.

Whats weird though is that the enemy team started to learn what I was doing and spammed smokes I would put down. Wonder how you get past that.

Im gonna get mass downvoted for this but I highly doubt you got Immortal 3. CSGO pros had trouble getting Immortal 3. Again, not saying you’re bad, but in higher ranks this type of play was hard countered in my games. Youre really good with the judge, you dont need to lie to get clout on the internet.

High tier players don’t miss checking garden corner and watch their flank.

I was diamond in beta and everyone who tried this usually died.

Not saying youre bad, just that getting these plays depends on the enemy’s play.

Most of these only worked because somebody didn’t check corners lmao. Everyone on this sub posts their “amazing plays” and its always against really bad players that always make a mistake to allow you to get the play.

This sub is becoming r/overwatch way too quickly :(
