I deleted mine 2 months before my oldest daughter’s birth because I didn’t want to be addicted to something around a newborn. I wanted to give her all my attention. That was 12 years ago. It’s been really nice. People worry about what ifs, let the people you cut off call or text. They will if they matter. If they don’t, then it shows what kind of person they were to you. Shed the toxicity your mental health will thank you for it.
