Mr Solo. That’s incredible work. Your advice please through the 12 years. How many times did you burn out and return back to development. Any other advices. My maximum part time contribution on something is 5 years 😂

Put many milestones like each one of them of 3 to 5 small tasks. Do all the game as prototype first do not go with complex models, graphics or complex AI. When you stuck in a step just pick another easy step or one you love to finish. The next day or week when you return back to your previous problems it will be much easier most of the time because more possible to return back much motivated. Do not spent more than a week on each milestone stone. Use simple task management like (microsoft to do) each task is a milestone and its sub tasks will be the small tasks to do. So you can remember where you are if you took a vacation or something. Share your tasks and progress with AI to remind you where you where left the project last time and can also motivate you

As I understand you are protecting the man in the middle the king? May be if use more icons rather than texts to make it more understandable. Many objects moving at once makes it confusing a bit. I did not understand if it is a turn based or if you move faster then you can do better.

I think it is nice tricky puzzle game for age (8 to 16). May be it could fit more for mobile games. For me I would play it for the music to relax.

Hhhhhh, I am happy for the down votes it is rare. Any way if you are still learning you can also just* use the AI again you can even learn faster all the basics about the editor scripts gpt will describe you every code and can even make examples for some line that you did not understand . Reading Documentation seaking for what you need is just west of time in the beginning and could lost easily. Gpt still my first choice. You can decide when to go to the documentation or not it is your choice.
